Every Cadette piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in our Toronto studio. We pride ourselves on supporting local craftsmanship and ensuring each item meets our high standards of quality.

We use high-quality, sustainable materials including 14k solid gold, sterling silver, and ethically sourced gemstones. Detailed material specifications can be found on each individual product page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As many of our pieces are made-to-order, please allow 5-10 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale, and all custom-made or engraved pieces cannot be returned.
